LangSon Farms' Traditional Tourtière
Our tourtière is made from our grass-fed ground beef, farm raised ground pork, slow cooked all day long in a medley of spices, whiskey, and broth. Potatoes and bread crumbs are added in to help thicken up the filling….. The smell of it on the stove is divine!
